We have had tremendous success here in Needham and would like to extend the opportunity to other small businesses! Welcome to Small Business Pop Up Weekends at Wesleaf Designs and Decor ! Small Business Pop Ups is an in-studio pop up event to help promote and share your small business with us and with the community. It’s a great way to help shed light to the business that you have been working so hard on and for! Below, we have provided a detailed FAQ sheet about what to expect for the pop up: What is the setup/cleanup process? You may arrive 30 minutes early to prepare for setup. What are the hours of the Pop-Ups? The hours for the Pop-Ups are from 12:00PM - 4:00PM. Do the vendors bring their own table(s) or do you provide the table(s) and chair(s)? We provide one 6ft table and stools for sitting. Would I be able to bring my sign? Yes, you would be able to bring your sign. Are the vendors allowed to bring someone with them or do they have to be alone? Yes, vendors are allowed to bring one person with them. How are the Pop-Us promoted? The Pop-Ups are promoted by Wesleaf Designs and Decor and by the vendor. We ask that you please send us what you would like to promote as well. If you take a photo, tag us @wesleafdesignsanddecor and @bostonplantstylist. Is this upcoming Pop-Up series your first one or is it a recurring (annual) event? We have had multiple Pop-Up series in the past and it is a recurring event. Would you have an idea of how many people you expect to attend the Pop-Up (on average)? It is hard to tell how many people will attend the Pop-Up. We like to promote as early as possible and like to have Wesleaf and the vendor promote the Pop-Up that is being held. We cannot guarantee what traffic will be like on the day of your event but we do fidn the earlier and more consistent events are advertised the better! Wesleaf Designs and Decor - Plant Care Consultation Booking Policy Welcome to Wesleaf Designs and Decor! We're excited to partner with you to troubleshoot and enhance the care of your plants. Below is our booking policy to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients. Service Overview As plant care consultants, we analyze your space and provide expert recommendations to ensure your plants thrive. The consultation includes a tailored assessment of lighting, humidity, window directions, and your lifestyle to build your confidence in plant care. Booking Details Service Range: Consultations are available within a 30-mile radius of Boston. For inquiries outside this radius, please email us at info@wesleafdesignsanddecor.com to discuss options. Scheduling: Appointments are available by request and subject to availability. Book your consultation online at Wesleaf Designs and Decor or via email. Consultation Duration: Sessions typically last 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your plant care needs. Payment & Fees Consultation Fee: Fees are disclosed at the time of booking and must be paid in full to confirm your appointment. Parking Costs: Clients are responsible for coordinating parking accommodations for Wesleaf staff. If metered or garage parking is required, any parking fees will be billed to the client following the consultation. Notify us of any parking arrangements in advance via email. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the consultation cost). Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Additional Notes Our consultations are designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to care for your plants and let them care for you.
